Every month we gather at the Welcome Center to share experiences and engage with a workshop facilitator in our Brown Bag Workshop. Nothing fancy, we focus key topics for succeeding in an emerging business on the South Side like branding, finance, social media, hiring and insurance.

Advice and discussion about obtaining and managing reviews, how reviews affect your presence on Google, and responding to both positive and negative reviews on Facebook, Google, Yelp, and other major review platforms.
