Signature Events

The Chamber holds signature events each year that are powerful fundraising tools for both the Chamber and our affiliated community organizations, including South Side CAN and the Brashear Association.

South Side Soup contest

The South Side Soup Contest brings over 1000 soup lovers to the South Side to taste and vote on soup entries from over 20 South Side restaurants. The event proceeds support The Brashear Association and the operation of its food pantry program and the South Side programs and initiatives run by the Chamber.

sOUTH SIDE Summer golf Classic

The South Side Chamber of Commerce cordially invites you to the 2025 South Side Summer Golf Classic! Join us for a great round of golf and friendly competition at the South Hills Country Club. After a fun-filled day of golfing, treat yourself to happy hour and a delicious banquet dinner where we will announce the tournament award winners including the highly coveted Golf Champions trophy, gift basket winners and other prizes. Don't miss out on the chance to tee off with friends, enjoy a day on the greens, and help raise money for your favorite neighborhood, the South Side.

Join us for our holiday fundraiser that showcases some of South Side's favorite restaurants and cocktail crafters.
